Upcoming Events
Church clean up: Come one come all there is a job for everyone at our Fall church cleanup on Saturday September 11th, from 9am to noon. We will be cleaning inside and out to make God's house shine for the return of our Sunday school and to make it a place we take pride in. Come with cleaning tools for inside or out. See you there!
Sunday School will resume next Sunday September 12th at 10am.
Also on September 12th. at our 8:30am service we will be having a blessing of the beautiful new credence table that Tom Musial made and donated for use in the lady's Chapel.
And the 10am service we will be having Dr. Jody Clarke coming to provide a special children's talk, and the service will be followed by a presentation and an Ice Cream Social honoring our Sunday school opening.
Back to Church Sunday September 26th: This is a Sunday in which we all take on the role of the evangelist and bring a friend to church. The potential of this service is exciting in both expanding our St. Nicholas Family, but more importantly by expanding the faithful. The service will be followed by an ice cream social.
Family Together Service October 3rd at 10am: This service is modern, full of energy and gives families an opportunity to worship together in a way that is life-giving to all ages. At this service we will be having a guest speaker Archbishop (Ret) Douglas Hambidge who is in town leading a stewardship conference and has offered to come and speak with us.
Blessing of the Animals Service also October 3rd at 3pm: This service honours St. Francis of Assisi as well as the pets that give us so much love. Come along and bring a pet(s) if you have one. Weather permitting this service will be held outside otherwise we will hold it in the church.
